There's the truth and there's the explanations of those who has imposed it on to our very existence. But - I stand and uphold the belief that - There's nothing more valuable than the truth you hold inside. Not always have I walked on the path of faith, they have denied me that, but they could never control that witch I have read, thought and listened. These shapes the entrance guidelines to the paths laid out for a living creatures.
My choice is not to agree with the bigwigs or creators of modern or classic ideology, nor to reject the words that already has been spoken. Then and now.

I wish the world a new awakening, where the ways we look upon it has shifted. For the epiphany of redefinition in how we choose to interpreter the way we live and dies. To have the right and the free hands to our own interpretation of the reality that surround us. To question the reality to witch we persist to cling on to, to just have had one ponder reached your hearth with the stone cold chill of the truth. Release the chained panther to run through new thoughts achieving a more sensible explanation to the distinctiveness the world offers. Tearing down thick wall s of predestined cornerstones old ideas has sprung from, to out of its very mouth regain new foundations declaring the bases of modern societies with modern thoughts.

The old says has lost its power reveling the shadows left behind by people marching through the sewers of modernity. Out of template harvest the global shift already laid its harsh cloak of changes for the future. With its multidimensional simplicity, the modern apprehension of communication, dissolves the traditional slaying and weighing of the truth...

Last diet of my Life "Low Calorie diet"

I've started a "Low Calorie diet" Thursday 26.06.2008 - On this blog you will be able to follow my progress online.

My Way-in at the start of the Diet is 140 Kg - (308,65 Pounds)!!!
To reach my first goal to loose 24 kg (53 pounds), I am using Modifast a low- calorie food-replacing shakes, as my diet for 12 weeks. I will only eat 1100 calories a day, and only be allowed to drink 2,5 liter (4,5 pints) of fluid per day. And No alcohol but that goes with out saying. As a complement to my daily exercise I use a step counter and the desirable amount of step each day is 10,000.

Next way-in is 11-07.08 at 13.00 CET
During a period of a year my ultimate goal weight is 70 kg (154 Pounds).

I just booked tickets for this summer's best music festival in Sweden.
Way out West 7-8 August. Among my favorite artist attending is: Grinderman (US/UK/AUS),Franz Ferdinand (UK), Neil Young (CAN), N.E.R.D. (US), The Sonics (US), Sonic Youth (US), Sigur Rós (IS), Sahara Hotnights (SWE), The Flaming Lips (US). Visit there Homepage or their myspacepage for more info.

The shot is captured with my mobile on the concert with Einstuerzende Neubauten 2008-04-26 in goteborg. Even thou the short videoclips (uploaded on YouTub) sucks, the Einstuerzende Neubauten concert really rocked (!) For some a sounding like a contradiction as they often are linked to 'Syth'. Göta älv bron by Tram

I snapped this photo with my mobile camera from a Tram window, on my way in to city on early Friday evening. For once I actually realized I liked what the office building, "läppstiftet" (Lipstick) looked like. When it was inauguratein in1989 it was the most debated architectural constructions in Göteborg. After a quick visit over the bridge that separates central Göteborg from the 10th larges island in Sweden, "Hisingen". I decided to spend the rest of my weekend by the sea away from the city's pulse and it's right rushing traffic lights.

In the north of Göteborg's archipelago situates one of my favorite places. This is where I like to be when I am away from my computer IRL. But thx to modern technology I can still log on to the web with my mobile when ever I want or suffer from online abstinence.

After almost two months without rain the clouds was finally building up over the ocean. It felt liberatingly wlm. Just some seconds later the wind released the rain and I just sat there and smelled the wonderful scent of summer rain mixing with saltwater

Sunday morning , taste of tar in my mouth.

A Coffee cup gasps with it's empty hole.

Soundproof bedsheets tumbles after warmth.
Fingers of light draws strips on the floor.

The Echo from last night still clings between padded walls.
With a single nod it lingers, shadows untold.

Sci-fi/Fantasy/Cyberpunk/Horror Genre is rare.

In Sweden TV shows in the Sci-fi/Fantasy/Cyberpunk/Horror Genre is rare. Up until a couple of years ago we always got our TV Series 2-3 years after they had originally broad-casted in UK or US. And we didn't have a channel that prioritises genre TV. Since Buffy and Angel went of air, witty genre Series has thrift on TV. Finally NBC series "Heroes" promise both excitement, interesting characters and some well needed humor. There are plenty of good and well produced series with in the genre and some are worth watching. But I have missed (still do) the excellent of Joss Whedons creations "Buffy" went of air 2003 and "Angel" a year later and still nothing have surpassed the quality of thous series. Of course there have been a lot of shows that have had better Cast, been better technical aso, but "Buffy" & "Angel" were complete shows with that something extra.

Anyhow after watching the first season of "Heroes" I most admit that it is captivating and has a welcome satirical distance to it self. For inveterate Sci-fi/Fantasy/Cyberpunk/Horror viewers there are many intertextualite to munch at. But my total opinion (thou not complete) puts the show in the middle of a scale. The makers intentions are a little to pretentious, throwing a spanner in the works, it fails to really reach excellency but I still puts it self above average. Much thanks to interesting characters and that the classical struggle between good or evil isn't as easy as it might appear, The humor and naivety that the character Hiro bring is refreshing and separates the show from a traditional gene mutant shows. And then we of curse have the series "Lost" I have followed the show in til end of season 3, but are saving the new season for a rainy day. 2008 I am glad to say we could wlm back "Battlestar Galactica" Season 4, said to be the last season. There were a couple of other shows I liked during 2004 and forward, firstly "Invasion" which sadly got canceled after only one season a destiny so tragically chaired with the amazing Whedon creation "Firefly" . Why the hell that show got canceled I will never fully understand. I mean it had it all a well written script, captivating characters, a fundamentally base ground story and the Whendons incredible fingertip feeling for mixing genres. But what can one do? It never even got aired in Sweden. The third series was The 4400. But It's commercial character, Movie photo shots and shallow storytelling reality made it on the verge to boring. I bought the DVD collection but I have only watched it once, compeered with my Buffy and Angel collection that I have watch so many times that I almost have to replace them. I am not lying when I say that I have watched curtain episodes over 70 times. Thats good television. Only Series with a really good story plot and script makes them immortal.

And Then there came the Sci-fi/Fantasy/Cyberpunk/Horror Genre boom of '06-07
Suddenly there was an abundance of Series coming from U.K and U.S, to just mention a few:

Reaper
Pushing Daisy
New Amsterdam
Flash Gordon
Eureka
Pain Killer Jane
Bionic Woman
Moonlight
And I certainly go on but not this time I won't.

I am really curious of Joss Whedons new 'comeback' to the world of Tv series named "Dollhouse" staring both Buffy actor Eliza Dushku alias Faith (picture at the top of the blog) and Angel's Amy Acker alias WinFred (picture at the end of the blog). According to what I can read about the announced story plot on www.IMDB-com it sounds like Johnny Mnemonic meets Battlestar Galactica. Fox has signed up for 7 episodes premiering in spring 2009. Fox and Whedon???
